During promotional periods around occasions and holidays such as Christmas, Black Friday, Valentines Day etc, we issue discount codes to customers who are signed up to our email newsletter.

Occasionally we may promote a discount code on the website for non-members too, such as a welcome promotion for first time customers.

To use a discount code, please follow through to checkout and enter the code into the 'billing' section of the checkout page.

If the code you are trying to use is expired or invalid, an error message will show on the page. You can then try another code or continue to payment without a code.

You can only use one discount code per checkout, and the discount is only applied to the main price of the voucher. The discount is not applied to any extras such as potage and packaging.

If you or the recipient decides to exchange the voucher, the voucher will then only be worth the monetary amount paid for it.

Please note, we never issue codes to third party companies or promo code websites, so if you have found a code which has not been emailed to you directly from us, or from another website - it's highly unlikely to work.
