To extend your voucher, please log in using your voucher details and follow the provided instructions. Note that extending your voucher may not be possible if it was purchased as a special offer or if the experience is no longer available.

Extensions are not possible if the voucher has already expired.

How much does it cost to extend a voucher?

An extension fee applies and is based on the voucher's original value:

£10 for vouchers under £100

£20 for vouchers over £100.

Additionally, any price difference since the voucher's purchase date will also be applied. For multiple voucher extensions within the same order, the fee is £10 for the first voucher under £100, £20 for the first voucher over £100, and £5 for each subsequent voucher, plus any price difference.

Upon successful extension, you will receive an email with an e-voucher confirming the new expiry date.
