Once you receive your 'IntoTheBlue' voucher it's entirely flexible prior to making a booking, allowing you to exchange your voucher for a different experience of your choice. Simply log in to the ITB exchange page using your voucher number and PIN. Once you're logged in, add the voucher balance to your basket, choose a new experience, and checkout as usual. If your chosen experience costs more, you can pay the additional balance. Alternatively, if there's money left over, a new voucher will be issued.
