Each supplier we work with will have a different policy regarding the restrictions on the suitability of a person to take part in the experience.

There are of course plenty of experiences which do not have restrictions, we have something for everyone! 

Where there are restrictions, the obvious ones will be the on height, weight and age of a participant - especially if there is equipment or vehicles involved. Information relating to these restrictions will be included on the product page so be sure to read all the information carefully before you buy a voucher or make a booking.

Restrictions on experiences are set by the supplier directly and must be adhered to for the participants own safety and comfort. If you book yourself (or someone else) onto an experience and you/they fail the restrictions, it will likely result in you/them not allowing being able to take part.

On all experiences, participants will not be allowed to take part if they are thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are taking any medication which may impair your communication, cognitive, or physical ability then you must make the supplier aware before booking. It may be the case you have to get a permission letter from your GP.
