Once you are booked in for your experience, cancelling or rearranging the date of your experience will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier company that you're booked with.
We would suggest contacting the supplier directly as soon as you can in order to discuss your options.
Having to cancel and rearrange bookings can be a huge inconvenience and cost to a supplier, and in most cases they will be reluctant to do so. So please bare this in mind before contacting them.
The closer it is to the event date, the less likely there will be any flexibility to amend or cancel the booking.
If you cannot find the supplier's contact details, just contact us instead and we will obtain the details for you and pass them on.
