On rare occasions an experience might get cancelled by the supplier. If this does happen they will contact you to arrange a re-booking.
If you think your experience has a chance of being cancelled due to something like bad weather, we strongly recommend contacting the supplier of the experience before you travel, to ensure that your experience will be going ahead. Please don't just decide not to go as if the experience did go ahead you will forfeit your booking and payment.
We cannot be held liable for any costs incurred in the event of a booking being cancelled.
